Well, it's a sort of style I have for drawing more human version of 9 (fan)characters, I just draw the lower half of their legs as well as their feet like the normal characters. This character just had distinctly odd hands, so I drew them as metal to... I didn't come up with her though, you have to ask her designer... but I don't know if she has a deviantart account... XP
