To be honest, Killer's more of a neutral, or pretty a slightly innocent soul. He works for Carface, most likely due to fear of Carface, (especially with how Caruthers was in ADGTH1), as well as fear of Belladonna. Also, all those years/months of Carface assimilate his mind into making him believe that it's better with Carface and Belladonna. At least Carface. (Also, since Carface owns a curio SHOP, that means profits and payments for working with him on that end). Though, I'd have to say Killer's more of an innocent soul than Carface.

Although, here's a controversial, interesting question. Were Annabelle and Belladonna EVER mortal before entering their afterlife domains? *raises eyebrow*

My fav of these characters would have to be Itch, (bcuz he's wise, cautious, and knows how to treat a lady without being cocky, heehee, [no offense, Charlie]), and Sasha. Why? Heh It's simple, she is B-E-A-Utiful.

I like how you made Carface's symbol nether good or evil, since he was ultimately both and turned god in the end. I loved Christmas Carol and was happy to see the ending.
