And here's another! Don't get too excited, since I haven't done a ton of work recently, but here's one I'm pretty proud of.

Continuing with our Iron Kingdoms line is Jojo Strangeways, our magic enhanced grease monkey of a babe. (Played by my girlfriend ^__^)

Abandoned as a child, the poor redheaded girl was taken in by a family of Gobber Bodgers, (goblin-like creatures that love to tinker and build). Raised as Jojoinathamaken, (or Jojo for short, as all Gobber names are ridiculously complicated), the girl grew up to be a tough and stubborn, yet beautiful woman. Being raised by a family of 12 wasn't easy, especially when 9 of your siblings were brothers and weren't human. There weren't many opportunities for her to act like a girl, but when she could, she fawned over the legendary Warjack Field Mechanik; Arlan Strangeways. Posters, letters, and hand built action figures of the man littered her room, his tales of inhuman service on the battlefield driving her passion to keep her hands calloused and her clothes covered in oil. Her obsession even led her to change the last name of her unpronounceable gobber adopted name to that of her idol.

Unfortunately, some of the traits that are reflected upon Gobbers (ingenuity, passion, drive) were cemented into her own personality (curiosity, mischievousness, poor manners). After having a few choice words with a gang that was better equipped to handle her attitude then she had expected, she fled the city and happened to run into some muscle that happened to be Garrick Ironhand. At first only an easy means of escape, she decided to follow him and others for the promise of fame and fortune.

Although she prefers smashing something with a wrench (as is good Bodger fashion), rather then studying a book for years, her drive to be like the Great Scrapper that was Strangeways helped her discover her own magic spark and ability to train as an Arcane Mechanik. As her final test, she poured her soul into her work, and with a touch of feminine love for cute things, created her armadillo familiar. Of course, she named him Arlan. Much more useful then the average pet, Arlan is actually a formidable weapon. Paired with a mechanical sleeve to enhance her strength, Jojo can lob the armadillo like a cannonball, and because of his mechanical nature, adding spikes or blades to his shell is never out of the question.

As a side note, her current favored weapon is the Cryss Gear Staive, essentially a polearm with a sharpened, circulating gear at one end and a weighted mace on the other. She's wielded it with deadly accuracy, and is currently tinkering with an enhancement that ups its critical threat range and damage. By the way, the thing also gives a +2 to intimidate when turned on, something i forgot to mention on Garrick's weapon as well.
