Instead of doing an essay, I spent the past few hours drawing a scene from one of the alternate Big Picture Show endings that involved cops. One of the endings made Bro kind of a chicken, so that's what I drew.Related content

That's true, I'm never sure whether it's better that Bro gets stuck with the Eds' usual punishment or if it would have made the darkness of his character way more clear if he had been arrested. Some people still don't really get that Bro's a sociopath because his abuse doesn't hold much weight compared to what the Eds usually have to deal with.

Man oh man am I glad to see this, it really would have painted a lot more of the darkness if that was his only punishment or even like, an after thought! Because sure the scams aren't a good thing to do, but they're nothing compared to that! I feel kind of like if they had shown something to do with a higher punishment than the Kankers it would have really hammered it home, because I've seen quite a few pieces that were 'Ohh, what if he was nice,how cute would that be?!' and it's just like
'....No. That's a nice thought, but no. I don't think you understand.'
I really appreciate it when people don't play sweet or play 'make the viewer cry' with this type of stuff and instead go hard with it.

This scene, the one where they are talking about Siblings on the SS almost a mutant chicken duck and much more should have been added instead of those stupid Rolf scenes, other then those Rolf Scenes, the movie was still pretty good, but I wish they kept those scenes and had more Jonny scenes in it

Been told that the movie of the eds went through a lot of stages, with something like this being one of the endings. I dont know much about the production on this animated movie other than the fact that I really like how this turned out.
It shows that Eddy's bro does have a bit of a weaker side to him, the weakness being busted by the cops. If there was a storyboarded sequence of this that didnt get into the film, I would love it to see a DVD of the big picture show have loads of behind the scene features. Including deleted scenes as well as concepts that didnt make it into the movie.

HOORAY!!! I sorta, kinda, wish they left this endng in instead. It just made the whole thing a little more serious and darker. I like it that way. Maybe if we're lucky they'll use blunt force on him.
