Description It is finally COMPLETE! My tower project for a majority of my TurboTime OCs that I've been messing with in fanfics and RP forums of mine. Here they all are...for now. Might be more soon enough, but this tower is finally done so hooray for that!

On that note, these guys are all officially part of an AU Wreck-It Ralph timeline where TurboTime and Sugar Rush's positions in history were reversed. Sugar Rush and Road Blasters came into conflict and were unplugged while TurboTime was plugged in relatively recently. Of course, instead of people who leave their games "going Turbo"...well, we'll see if I ever reveal that bit...

-----

Turbo is...Turbo. Does he really need an explanation? ...Main character, self-proclaimed greatest racer in Litwak Fun Center arcade, loves to win...

Trey and Tate are my version of the twins. Everyone seems to call at least one twin Ted, so I tried to avoid that. Thus, you get these two. Trey's the overprotective twin, Tate's the shower-you-with-love-no-matter-who-you-are twin. They both treat Turbo as family, despite the frequent fights between Turbo and Trey. Trey has an unhealthy habit of visiting Tappers when he's depressed...

Brake is basically Turbo's cheerleading squad/forever fanboy. He practically worships Turbo and the ground he walks on...and Turbo absolutely loves the attention. Sadly, Trey and Tate don't exist as far as Brake is concerned. It's not done out of maliciousness. It's just that Turbo is the only thing Brake ever thinks about...ever...

Ignition has very little motivation to do much of...well, anything. He has freckles, a prominent overbite, and buck teeth (those two yellow things you see sticking out of his mouth). He's quite lazy and has a tendency to fall asleep just about anywhere. The only thing that gets him motivated is racing and kicking Combustion's butt at any/everything imaginable. Sadly, he rarely wins against Combustion in any of those things. Luckily, Ignition's too lazy to hold a grudge and is willing to be friends with Combustion. He likes to eat candy and sleeps on the bottom bunk in his and Combustion's room since he likes to be close to the ground. His car is shaped more like a missile than the standard Turbo Time cars.

Combustion has an overload of energy and can't believe a racer could possibly be lazy. That's why Ignition is such a mystery to him. This has made him decide to become Ignition's motivation, as well as his friend. Most of his energy comes from energy drinks, drinking at least a dozen cans a day. Trey and Tate try to restrain his consumption of them...but it's very difficult to do so. Due to all this excess energy, it's extremely hard for him to sit still. Like Ignition's, his car is more missile-shaped than the standard Turbo Time cars.

Diesel appears to have a dual personality. Off the track, he's laid-back and relaxed to the point where he could easily be as lazy as Ignition. Get him on the track, though, and he's a reckless racer with an eye on first place. He can also be ruthless, purposely crashing others to achieve victory. Hybrid tends to be a victim of said crashing. Diesel doesn't try to INTENTIONALLY crash others. He just really likes to win. And it just...kind of happens... Hybrid is his best friend and they're practically brothers.

Hybrid is peppy and cheerful for the most part. Unfortunately, crashing so much has caused him to become a workaholic intent on improving his car against Diesel's win-crazed crashing sprees. This takes a toll on his health, which he tends to toss in the back seat as irrelevant. He's very picky about accepting criticism and has a do-or-die philosophy. Thanks to all the crashing, pain doesn't bother him much. He doesn't blame Diesel for the crashes. He just wishes he wasn't always a victim of said crashes.

Asphalt is a trash-talking tough guy. If you make butt-related jokes about his name, you'll find yourself having a knuckle sandwich. He's probably the most physically violent character in Turbo Time. That doesn't mean he can't be nice on occassion. You scratch his back, he'll scratch yours... He usually avoids messing with Tate since Trey seems to have no issues engaging in a fist fight. He's also pretty good at fixing up cars after races, which some Turbo Time characters are grateful for. "I break people, not cars."

Thermo is an upbeat guy who constantly smiles at everything. Very little can get him to do anything else but smile. Aside from Tate, he's one of the happiest racers in Turbo Time. Unfortunately, smiling is ingrained so deeply into his code that even being bloody and beaten won't destroy his smile. Deep on the inside, he's badly broken... He's too scared to burden anyone with his troubles though, so he hides it all behind his smile. Too bad for Thermo, everyone in Turbo Time seems to be catching onto his little act...

Nerf looks very feminine but is indeed a man. He has a thing for make-up, jewelry, clothes, and shoes, which further reinforces others' belief that he is a woman. After arcade hours, he can be found over at Dance Dance Revolution either dancing or chatting with the female stars of the game. He loves and takes great pride in his long hair. Even mention cutting it and you'll see the most appalled face Nerf can muster. He tends to pluck his curlicue when he's bored or thinking deeply about something.

Tyre has the tough guy appearance but is actual very quiet, distant, and cold toward most. Very antisocial, he's usually just loitering about everywhere when not racing. He does have an overpowering sense of responsibility toward his fellow Turbo Time racers, though. A good example is his tendency to follow Trey to Tappers and escort him back afterward to prevent drunken brawls from happening on Trey's behalf. He doesn't mind doing favors for Tate and Brake and such, not expecting anything in return.

Rumble is your typical mischievous prankster...times ten. It seems his only purpose in life, aside from racing, is to make the lives of everyone around him miserable. No matter how tough or temperamental or dangerous you are, Rumble will gladly pop into your life and flip it upside down with his pranks, jokes, and tomfoolery. A large amount of it lately has been bordering on cruel and even dangerous to the point where some arcade members are beginning to get worried... Luckily, Asphalt has no problem giving Rumble a good beating to tone him down for a few days!

Cam is definitely the one with the oddest appearance and the brightest uniform in all of Turbo Time history. Shy and skittish, this odd-eyed wonder tends to follow Nerf around. Much like the violet-haired racer, Cam is frequently mistaken for a girl. The only good thing about that is...nobody really seems to know Cam's actual gender. A majority of Turbo Time treats him as male or simply as a racer, gender ignored. Not that Cam can really correct anyone's guess about his gender--a strange game glitch attacked him upon his entry into Turbo Time, robbing him of a voice. He's currently learning sign language in another game after arcade hours.

Grille is a stuck-up holier-than-thou kind of racer who thinks first place should always be his. He wants respect and to be treated like a king. If he wants something, he wants it NOW, not LATER. No exceptions. This kind of behavior tends to lead to violent clashes between him and Turbo, usually ending in a fist fight that Grille typically loses. He's all talk and very little bite, believing fighting is dirty and should be left to his peons. Not that has any peons... His only constant companion is Crank.

Crank, though holding the appearance of a boy, is actually the first official female character in Turbo Time. Nervousness about how everyone, Grille especially, will view her as a girl caused her to keep her helmet on at all times and deepen her voice to seem like just another male character in the game. Crank tends to follow Grille around like a puppy dog after its owner. If Grille demands it, Crank does all she can to obtain it for him. She literally worships the ground he walks on. She generally serves the same purpose to Grille that Brake does to Turbo--to be nothing but an uber-fan. To be precise, she's Grille's only fan...

Van is a cool, laidback kind of guy who takes no offense to anything and goes with the flow of things. Good things happen and bad things happen. Very little gets him wound up. He's generally calm and kind-natured...unless you bust up his car without good reason. If he beat someone in a race and they do that, he won't do anything but fix his car. If it's done out of pure malice with no true motive behind it, it's guaranteed to get Van real peeved and hunting for some vengeance of his own against the perpetrator. He loves to lie back in the grass under the sun, all day if he can. He loves the emptiness of the world around the track.

Gyro is happy, silly, and a bit wacky. He has an extreme craving for sugar that's near impossible to satisfy. He has a lisp and insists his uniform is not pink. He seems to have a dislike of Turbo, avoiding him at all costs. The only person he seems to have an attachment to is Bore. Due to Bore's reluctance to be around him, though, Gyro goes to great lengths to be around Bore. This often leads to accidents happening, either to him or Bore and any unfortunate passerby. He enjoys wandering the open grassy plain that extends seemingly-forever in every direction around Turbo Time's only track.

Bore is dull, has a bit of a sour attitude, and is...well, boring. His voice is a dull drone and his tone is flat and monotonous. There's seems to be nothing joyful in life for this guy. Not that he's looking for such a thing. He'd simply like it if everyone left him alone outside of arcade hours. Sadly, Gyro seems to have it out for him...for some weird reason. It actually creeps Bore out how obsessive Gyro appears to be about being close to him. Bore tends to lock himself in his room, trying to pretend the rest of the world doesn't exist.

Throttle is a quiet, slow, and generally very sleepy guy. He normally takes a nap somewhere and is usually out-of-synch with everybody else. Not that he cares. He doesn't associate much with the other racers, in or out of Turbo Time. He usually places last, if at all, during the morning Roster Race. Despite his sleepy demeanor, he can come up with some pretty incredible ideas and be very clever. But dare mess with his special blanket and you'll see an emotion unimaginable in the sleepy racer--unstoppable anger. Nobody is safe at that point until his blanket is safely within his grasp again.

Bumper is a serious, no-nonsense sort of guy. He's also an addicted gambler. He tends to bet on the strongest beating the weakest. "Reality never favors the underdog." He's not very nice and sometimes provides the materials Rumble uses in his pranks. If he can get or make money off of it, Bumper is near-guaranteed to do it. Just as long as he won't suffer from any consequences or wind up harmed in some way, shape, or form in the process.

Dynamo is the local know-it-all in Turbo Time. When not racing, he's curled up somewhere with a book. Unfortunately, he can be extremely anal concerning info on just about anything. This tends to get him on the wrong side of many of his fellow racers, which has caused many pairs of Dynamo's glasses to get broken during these accidentally-caused confrontations. He's eager to help others, whether they want him there or not. He's a bit overly cautious, though. If something looks even remotely dangerous, he'll hesitate or flat-out refuse to participate. Racing is the only exception since, "Racing is in my code and cannot be ignored."

Petrol is a hyperactive ball of energy that seeks to do the most daring and reckless things imaginable...simply to get a thrill. Adrenaline is his drug and he can’t seem to ever get enough of it. He’s actually been banned from a number of games in order to keep him from being too reckless. Too bad he’s fond of breaking and entering. Nothing can stop this adrenaline junkie from doing what he wants, when he wants, where he wants, and how he wants. Injuries of any sort serve as his personal trophies, particularly the scar on his right cheek. The story about how he got it changes every time you ask him.

Sump is a fearful and generally morose guy. He thinks of the worst and has a gloomy air about him at all times. Anything and everything is dangerous in one way or another, in his opinion. This causes him to view everyone negatively and he doesn’t place much trust in anyone. “People can’t be trusted with anything, really.” Most of his words seem to end questioningly. He’s extremely indecisive and hesitant about doing anything that may put his life in danger, which is everything in his opinion.

Gasket is a tall, sophisticated, and tough guy. He’s very good at fighting and isn’t afraid to prove it. Unfortunately, he has far too much to prove. He believes he is always right and can never be wrong, overreacting heavily if others try to prove him wrong. Even if he’s wrong, he’s compelled to try and prove he’s right anyway. These arguments usually downgrade into a full-on fist fight, usually with Turbo or Asphalt. He tends to hang around Grille and pays little attention to Crank since she's an annoyance, as far as he's concerned.

Visor is a bubbly, energetic girl that tends to hang around ICE. Much like Combustion, there seems to be no end to her energy. When not racing, she's doing cartwheels, handsprings, and flips in the grassy field surrounding the racetrack. She loves to entertain and make others laugh. She can be a bit of an airhead and a ditz at times, but she has a good heart that is in the right place.

ICE is the self-proclaimed first female racer in Turbo Time. Daring and reckless, she aims to win it all--attention, fame, money, and the hearts of everyone around her. Naturally, she is tossed in conflict with Turbo, who she deems a 'selfish attention whore'. She tends to hang around the other girl racers more than the boys. She's the only racer in Turbo Time with her name constantly in full caps. She has both of her ears pierced three times.

Axle is a guy with an extreme love for cats. He even styled his hair so it looks like he has a pair of cat ears on his head. He usually responds to questions with "nya" when confused. He also has a bad habit of drawing little cat faces on things when bored, like the dust on cars or windows. He's easily sidetracked and distracted, making him easy to trick. He's also extremely gullible, believing almost everything said to him. He usually follows Redline around, playing damage control.

Redline is a mildly hot-tempered guy who has extreme mood swings. Just about anything can trigger it. He goes from overly friendly to extremely angry. One minute he could be your best friend, the next he could be your worst enemy. He doesn't like people touching his ponytail due to an instinctive fear of having it yanked. He usually hangs around Axle, who's used to his mood swings and takes care of any messes he makes in his violent rages.

Steer is a friendly and loyal guy, but he's also extremely stubborn. He makes a judgment and sticks to it, no matter what the consequences are. He dislikes indecisiveness and hesitation. “You should pick a stance and stick with it.” Those who don’t are cowards in his eyes. That doesn’t mean he’ll hate you forever, though. He’s pretty merciful and hands out second chances like candy. He doesn’t break under peer pressure or extreme stress, toughing it out like a champ.

Hubcap is a friendly guy who tends to go by the nickname “Hub”. He’s friends with just about everyone. His cheery attitude is guaranteed to bring about smiles and his laughter is severely contagious. He loves adventure and was among the first of the newcomers to set about exploring the endless grassy plain around Turbo Time’s only track. Despite his shiny appearance, Hubcap loves to get down and dirty, both at work and at play.

Tappet is a happy-go-lucky girl with an innocent perspective on everything. She’s extremely optimistic and believes where bad luck is, good luck is waiting to be found. She helps others as best she can, hoping to at least brighten their day a little. She rarely sticks around ICE for long, deeming her a “massive source of negative energy”. She likes to play therapist with her fellow racers, hoping to help them unwind after stressful races.

Exhaust is a slightly temperamental but mostly tired kind of guy. He unleashes his energy, and his anger, in short bursts. The rest of the time, he’s lazing about in a sleepy state of mind. When racing, he tends to suddenly go from the very back to near the front using that burst of energy. He enjoys reading old-style plays and trashy romance novels. He tends to quote Shakespeare a bunch, if only to annoy his fellow racers. He cares little for anyone but himself. He has an extreme fear of water and will do just about anything to avoid being thrown into a water source, be it a lake or a pool.

Shift is a friendly guy who loves to play around and generally acts like a child. He’s the one that never really grew up inside. He holds to this behavior due to a glitch in his coding, though. If he’s expended too much energy, he’ll start coughing heavily and begin glitching. He’ll even begin to cough up pixilated blood. He’s deathly afraid of dying, so he does everything he pleases so that he’ll have no regrets. He doesn’t want anyone to worry about him, so he tries to keep his coughing fits in public to a minimum. When he’s not goofing around, he’s usually sleeping.

Gear is an obedient lapdog of Gasket’s who does as he’s told without question. Nut and Bolt are his brothers. They're triplets and his fringe falls right into the center. They’re just minor characters within Turbo Time and are rarely seen outside of arcade hours and during the Roster Race. They never speak. They dislike Gasket but are too afraid to dare go against him. Gear performs maintenance on Gasket’s car and is the oldest of the triplets. Uniform is silver and red.

Nut is an obedient lapdog of Gasket’s who does as he’s told without question. Gear and Bolt are his brothers. They're triplets and his fringe falls to the left. He's the tallest of the brothers. They’re just minor characters within Turbo Time and are rarely seen outside of arcade hours and during the Roster Race. They never speak. They dislike Gasket but are too afraid to dare go against him. Nut personally tends to Gasket’s needs and has the most contact with him. Uniform is silver and purple.

Bolt is an obedient lapdog of Gasket’s who does as he’s told without question. Gear and Nut are his brothers. They're triplets and his fringe falls to the right. They’re just minor characters within Turbo Time and are rarely seen outside of arcade hours and during the Roster Race. They never speak. They dislike Gasket but are too afraid to dare go against him. Bolt takes cares of Gasket’s room and belongings, keeping them clean and safe. Uniform is silver and blue.

Cylinder is a fun-loving girl who’s positive attitude and childish antics can never be matched or stopped. She prefers being called Cyli (pronounced like “silly”). She’s always laughing and smiling, wishing to make everyone else around her laugh and smile too. She loves sweets and believes her uniform represents a chocolate cake with pink frosting. A lot of her thoughts are food related. She wishes she could’ve gone to see Sugar Rush before it was unplugged.

I've already got a bunch of others to add to this. So many ideas...

Again, if you know who the original creator of this base is, TELL ME PLEASE!! This base was deleted a while ao and I haven't been able to find the original creator, who I really want to credit for making this. THIS BASE IS NOT MINE!!

Turbo and the twins do NOT belong to me! Neither does Turbo Time!

I own Tate, Trey, and the other Turbo Time racers here! They are MINE! No stealing!

Had it done a while ago, just hadn't been able to add the last few touches due to Paint XP being taken from me. Now that I have it back, I added in the last few things I wanted and FINALLY posted it.

Already got ideas for a second one, lol
