This fire cracker makes it hot as the alternate identity of Phoebe, Firework and Quackerjack's daughter, with the fire abilities of her mother and the wackiness of her father. Don't worry, she's not as dangerous and maniacal as her father was when he was a villain, she's just... enthusiastic. This is the other side of Phoebe that she's been trying to hold back, the one that's more wild and out-going, and longing to put on a show. Sort of the Mr. Hyde to her Dr. Jekyl, only Phoenix doesn't want to murder anyone or break any laws unless necessary.

Been having the hardest time getting a good design for her and even harder to give her a good color scheme, though her outfit's basically a combination of her parents costumes. Wanted to go for a colorful jester while going for superhero too, it was harder than I could imagine. If you guys have any critiques or suggestions, don't hesitate, I've been unsure and indecisive lately anyway.
