Description
Eel is the uncle to Prince Fathom.
Eel's side of the family carries a heavy blue gene and didn't bring any of Albatross's colours.
Not much is described of him, I think he'd be a rich snob of a dad but tried his best, he is also a single father his wife at the time got caught in a fight. Eel has always been distant from his father much like Manta but she at least times to talk to him.
