evolves from carilbi.hat based on a gladiators helmet.
This evolution is dragon to make up for all of grass-types weaknesses. grass types have it so hard.
decided to use this guy instead of plantyranotops if anyone even remembers him from the first fakedex here.

i have enough for about 2 generations i think XD or at least 1. i simple adore designing creatures so this was a nice task for me to do over summer between uni years XD i have at least 200 i'd say >.>
