Description
Evolves from eevee whn you've used fly 10 times with the eevee in the part then leveled up.if anyone else has a better suggestiong without making up new items or loactions.

I also named my flying eevee Fluttereon, and I invented the feather stone, which is a feather in a rock, hence the name, to evolve eevee to my Fluttereon.

well i know i use fly ALOT so i think using it 10 times would be an easyish evolution >.> also means you have to wait a while befour you can get this evoltions.
since with stones you cna just trade them over.

That is true since u need the gym badge to get to be able to use Fly
And u'd want to level it up a bit first too. But this almost looks kind of like a bug pokemon

Woo, I like the head on this motherbitch. I get what Yami says about the busy-ness, so maybe less "wings" at the side could benefit. BUT PREETY FREEKIN COOL, YA?
As for eeveelution method; use fly a certain number of times between certain locations with an Eevee in your party that's holding some sort of feather? Not so clued up on items, but there could be something like that.

Yessum, maybe the bottom wing could come directly out of the torso and stay white, then just have a couple more blue/purple wings above that. Make them all a bit fatter to cover the same area as they do at the moment and that might work.
