It's the cutest thing I've ever drawn.

ANYWAY, the Vortian who appeared in both my and *Ravenpuff 's Halloween meme's. He has blue skin, purple eyes, and his normal attire consists of a 'scarf' and shorts made out of denim to keep himself warm during the night. He's practically an 'orphan' most of the time, due to his parents sort of hating him because they're strongly religious and, as said Vortian religion (need to make up a name for it) says, if their child is born with markings on its back, it is said to be cursed by the Devil or one of his helpers. Now Toby here is really not cursed, it's mere coincidence that he carries those markings on his back. Or is it?.. We'll see.

Either way, he loves Halloween, it's the only time people will give him any sort of food or whatever. He still takes care of himself though, often gambles with other orphans, and takes on any job he can get. He does have values though, he's not into drugs or smoking of any kind. Only thing he'd do is gamble, and that's it. He's a good kid, just not loved. :<
