To download and use this mascot, you have to download Otaku Mascot first: [link]It's a small program though, so don't worry about download speed and size.
You're fucking going to shit bricks when you see the click animation. Which, by the way, was a bitch to do.

SURPRISE.Oh, and that Elite is just a random one. He's cute and all, but meh.
It was just to experiment a little. But tell me what you think, feedback is greatly appreciated. :3Can you tell I like making these mascots? XD Gosh darn it they're addictive to make.

Well, the Irken Empire has an army consisting of Irken Elites; it's the Irken equivalent of human soldiers, I think. You can find them on IZ fan sites, or somewhere in the show. I believe I've seen a few drawings of them on Heartshapedskull.com.
