FULL VIEW...The right wing looks kinda weird.
My guess is that every special angel has their own scroll hidden somewhere, describing their deepest secrets, their deeds, special abilities and special things concerning physical things. For safety reasons, they don't have their weakness written on it. This isn't that ancient looking, since Riko's a relatively young angel, but the language is the language the ancient Irken angels always used.
No I have no idea what's written on this one.
Shut up.
Trying out some new things, new style, yadda yadda. I kinda like how it came out, it looks epic. <3

I really like the whole ancient feel to this thing. I really like the writing in the background. It looks very ancient. The coloring also helps give effect.

This looks rly good. I like the ancient looking stuff, and the letters are just awesome and creative :'D The whole thing with the scroll is creative after all. And I like how he came out.

Well I can tell I like the idea on those letters 
The whole thing reminds me of the Egyptian culture (xD damn you)
But one thing (two but I won't blabble about it since you already mentioned it xD) is the background.It's plain so it kinda cuts the character out.If you wanted to give it a Egyptian tile effect I suggest adding some lighter shading to the background like you did with the thing on the bottom.

..I actually should make some kind of alphabet thing for those letters, cause I first randomly doodled them up to make it look cool, and after that I came up with the actual idea.
