I’m a big OG fan of Pokémon. I really enjoyed the tutorial on drawing everyone’s favorite Electric Mouse.

I must apologies for posting this so late, I had to get my computer fixed.

I focused on changing the perspective using a real thunderstorm Background. Then I focused on mostly blue’s & yellow’s. I also wanted to give him a little outfit, one my personal favorites. I went with The Super Pikachu Costume from Pokémon XY Episode 30/ “Light! Camera! Pika!”

I’m most proud of the eye’s I drew. Using a 2.0 mm, 1.5 mm, and 1.0 mm felt pens, as well as influence from Static Shock. I made lighting coming out of his overcharged eye’s, changing them from caramel brown to light blue.

An since I’m kind of a nerd for backstories, I include a lore. Mostly inspired by the “2nd Season/ Orange Islands” and “Pokémon the Movie 2000”.

Lore: Straight out the “Orange Archipelago”, a young Pichu was chosen by Lugia and The Three Legendary Birds! Chosen to restore Peace & Balance to a Chaotic World! Chosen to become their Avatar to The Mortal Realm. Bestowing their mystic Energies, instantly evolving Him into a more unique Pokémon.

The story need’s work, I know. But it a good start to a future FanFic, maybe?
