Yesterday, on November 10, Kevin Conroy, the voice actor for Batman from Batman: The Animated Series, passed away at the age of 66 from cancer. To many people, they view Conroy as the definitive voice of the Caped Crusader. I've only seen a handful of episodes of the show, but from those episodes, I can tell that Conroy nailed his role. No wonder people say this show is one of the greatest things to involve Batman.

I don't have much to say about making this artwork, so I might as well give my thoughts on the latest update regarding DeviantArt. Today, it was announced that the website is letting third-party companies use the artworks on this site to power their programs that make AI generated artworks. Not only is this a blatant disregard for companies profiting off of people who make these things for a living, but the website has defaulted every single artwork to be opted in for these companies, and instead of having a function to shut it off for all our artworks, we have to go to each artwork individually to have the artwork opted out. What makes this situation worse is that there are accounts on here whose owners are dead, and they have no say in the matter, meaning that their artworks are doomed to fall into the clutches of those third-party companies. We can fill out a form to have our names opted out from being used, but I doubt it'll put a dent in this senseless move. It might get so bad, some people will migrate to other art sharing sites, like Newgrounds. In fact, I might go there and start up an account if the DeviantArt situation gets bad enough. The only reason I'm posting this is because, as the old mantra says, old habits die hard. I'm so accustomed to sharing my stuff here, you can't expect me to stop on a whim. Also, this is a sentimental artwork, so I'm posting it out of respect. Hopefully, the website will actually have the balls to reverse this decision, because our styles do not deserve to be treated with this little amount of respect.
