Took me over 90~100+ hours of work within two weeks of time.
Animated in Macromedia Flash 8.0
there's a watermark on the DA version, I hope it doesn't effect your viewing experience.
I would also like to note there's an Easter-egg in both the official and DA version.
Lots of experimental as well as the hard studied and well known techniques and effects were put into this animation.
Smoke/fog in the last scene was done by photoshop and imported into flash as bitmaps.
Special thanks to a few fellow animators and artists for help and support through the creation of this animation.
As well as help from professional filmographers, effect animators for tips and to students of Gobelins for their amazing advice.

Alright, I see. I should look at increasing the visual impact, using speed as you mentioned. Definitely could use some more kick.

I remember how difficult it was. Waking up at 9am every day and animating until 4pm just to go to work and come home and animate from 9:30pm to 2am, rinse and repeat. This was actually a really good schedule for me to work, tiring but I was able to get work done just by waking up early in the morning.

It helps to get up early before working on a project. If I wake up past afternoon I usually don't work on anything.
For me the best time to do anything productive is 10am to 2pm and 9pm to 1am.
Something about the very start and end of a day I'm able to focus much more than other times of the day.

You should be able to find some of Pepper's sound effects, though I know he often takes them down and relocates them. Try Googling "Pepper's Sound Packs"
The microsoft sounds I used come standard on any Windows Xp Computer.
Unfortunately I can't get you any of Layers sounds, my license doesn't allow me to distribute them, and to my knowledge he hasn't uploaded them since Megaupload went down.
On the bright side, I found this site here a while back that had some good sound effects.
