This was done by Adam Warren that been shared with me so many many years ago from a friend, Arnie00.Seems some men decide to help Rally Vincent from Gunsmith Cats with her fear of water and teach her how to swim. But they also don't want to make it too easy for her either it seems

Seem so many of us miss him a lot. When I knew him in the days back when Chainsmans Institute for the cute insane anime character we all love to see in bondage and straightjackets, Arnie had his up and down is all I will say about him. When it comes to personal life of another I don't like to discuss them with others. That would be disrespectful I think. We can only hope he comes back someday. Hope you can understand that.

This is very well drawn which is obvious because it comes from a professional comic book artist. I think I'll favorite this despite me not really being into this style of artwork when it comes to bondage but it's a nice picture

Yes I agree. Rally was the classic strong woman from my days and always thought about her getting rob of her weapons and left bound and gag all the time. Waiting for her friends to come back and make fun of her.

Yup. I always like her as a damsel. Someone so strong as her as a character made into help damsel makes her such a sexy damsel for that reason. I always enjoy this thinking the water that they are
throwing her into is really only waist high at the moment but high tide is coming in fast and water will be over her head soon if someone does not come to save her soon.

I agree that Rally makes an especially excellent damsel! The storyline in the manga where she gets hypnotized is great fun.
