Okay, I was angry that COPPA showed some inappropriate videos such as gruesome videos like some Happy Tree Friends fan videos to kids.
COPPA thinks that adult animated videos are made for kids due to the art styles...

There are adult animated shows like Hazbin Hotel, Love, Death, & Robots(the Netflix adult show), and South Park, adult anime shows like Fate/Apocrypha, Attack on Titans, and Cannon Busters, and others that are for adults. They are rated TV-MA for some reasons... And, the Transformers: War for Cybertron Trilogy cartoon is coming to Netflix. I hope this new Transformers Netflix show is made for older people like teenagers and adults, not kids...
Just because it's animated doesn't mean it's for kids!
I hope COPPA gets sued. COPPA needs to learn the lessons!

i hate the coppa policy itself, since it's ruined youtube and sets the video that have swear or violence marked to "made for kids". so fuck YouTube's Ceo Susan Wojcock and her lame and dumb bots and the policy.

COPPA isn't the bad-guy, YouTube is. The FTC/COPPA is fully aware that just because something looks like it's aimed for kids doesn't mean that it actually is aimed solely towards children, they're aware that adults can enjoy things like animation, video games, toys ect., this is even in their guidelines. The real problem is is that YouTube did a very crappy job at programming their bot that decides if videos are "for kids or not". Many users and even the FTC/COPPA themselves have criticized YouTube's bot and have tried to make them improve the bot but so far YouTube has made no such improvement to it because they're lazy and (I don't know if this next part is true so take it with a grain of salt) it's current AI makes them more money.
So really, COPPA is not the one that deserves to be sued, its YouTube!
