This is part 2 of Meg and Casey's escape plan after being foot tickle interrogated by the twin evil fairy kids. See part 1 here www.deviantart.com/animedalek1…Meg manages to get one of Casey's poke-balls with her toes on her shoeless foot , then Casey uses her big toe on her shoeless foot to open the poke-ball and summon her Bayleef. ( I thought this crossover could be set before her Bayleef evolved and maybe even have it evolve into Meganium during this crossover as we didn't see it on screen in the anime) So it can use razor leaf to cut the beam ropes biding Casey and Meg to the chair.
