Wanted to post this before my computer decides to be a jerk and shutdown on its own. (It does that when it wants to update things.....ugggggh)
Anyways!
This is a work in progress (WIP) that is kind of a response to the TMNT 2k12 episode "The Moon of Thalos 3" and a head canon of mine.

As you probably know, Aelita, my TMNT OC, had a crush on Raphael for quite some time. However, when they meet again, she learns of Raph's girlfriend, Mona Lisa (or Y'Gythgba, which is her true name in the 2k12 show). Naturally, Aelita doesn't take this news very well. She acts very cold towards Raphael for some time before a certain someone helps put things into perspective for her....that someone is Donatello. He, unlike most of the main characters in this series, can relate to how Aelita feels, having to witness the person you care about most fall for someone else (in his case, having to see April fall more and more for Casey Jones in the series). So he comforts her, telling her that sometimes, when you care for someone deeply enough, you have to let them go to find their own happiness, leading to this scene where she tears up and lets her emotions of sadness and heartbreak out.
I can definitely picture these two connecting with each other. That, and Donnie is such a good guy

Side note: I had to clean up this piece quite a bit because my scanner makes everything on the page blue. Literally. Just straight up blue. Gosh dang scanner

Disclaimer: I have nothing against Mona Lisa.....she seems like a decent character, but I do hope that they develop her character more....I don't really know much about her to actually have an opinion on her
