The revised version of my style of drawing Pearl from 'Steven Universe'. (Original style here: SU - Pearl sketches )
All are redraws from the show except the first long one.

In the show Pearl is tall and very thin, and I wanted to really show that in my style. Manga tends to be out of proportion to a real human's body, but you don't notice it because it's manga. I used to use a style in which I kept the width of a standard manga body, but kinda used the length of a standard human body, hence the 'stretched' look. I felt this particular style would suit Pearl best. However, I cannot imagine Garnet in the same style XD

I felt the previous version didn't feel like Pearl, it didn't suit her. It was TOO manga. So I mixed manga with a more cartoon style - rounded the lines and edges, gave her fluffier, bigger hair, made the nose longer, and threw in some of the SU style too.
