100 theme challenge: LightThis is baby England!! He looks so CUTE!!! So basically he's on water or something like that! The little blue light is a fairy!! 8D and all the other lights are lightning bugs (or something like that).....You can see some of his reflection in the water and i added waves for effects! I was just experimenting with some style, which of course my art always changes! D: To me this has turned out AWESOMELY!! especially sense i was just experimenting!!
