Aww, she has the CUTEST face! ^.^ I like the colors you chose, and you blended them really well for the shading. I also like that there aren't a bazillion folds in the dress; simplicity is our friend, yah? 
Oh and since she's tilting, you could fix that in Photoshop (if you have it, that is) with the crop thingie. :3

Tipped to the right? That can easily be mended by tilting the drawing to the opposite side on the scanning surface
