Ha, asking for critical criticism regardless of a joke is a bit redundant.
It's hard to be overly constructive with a shot like this. Next time draw in the body my friend. Ear placement should be a bit lower. Snake's headband is too uniform, the way it's flailing in the wind. The two tendrils are almost in the same orientation. Actual cloth blowing in the wind is far more random and sharp.
Nice expressive strokes and adaptation of the original character design. Polished expression, too.

YAAAAAY CRITICISM! Im gonna lower the ear when i paint it in asap : ) ill also try adding in the folds, -I did change the flow a bit on the recent one tho- its not so random, but better than what it was, ill try to touch it up some more tho! thanks for the criticism man : )

Wow Apparently I'm back and actually capable of giving help this time [Sorry Sometimes I'm a tad bit blank]
You may want to curve the hendband to some exstent because in my opinion it currently looks too straight, and perhaps make the tails of the band more uniform [? probably not the right word]. The one that goes out further is a bit too straight and I think it should be curved upward slightly.
Hopefully that helps.
