Roses and Lilies - Part 3
Consumption (tuberculosis to the less romantic) took my parents the year I moved from Meghalaya to Philadelphia to live with my aunt. Honestly, I couldn’t stop thinking about their deaths for most of the Covid pandemic. Maybe that fixation drew the specter of “roses and lilies” to me.

Seemed time for an older, more rugged character.
Started reproducing Arnold Newman's Krupp dual-side lighting, but I'm happy w/ the oddball rig I evolved it to--slightly cheerier.
