The models are in blender and after saving the render as png i painted them over in ps.
Perhaps  i can make a video tuto how its made later.

I Should have used glare node in the compositor.
Will make the effect work better in the next art.

Yeah the glare is a bit strong for just a street lamp, nice otherwise though!
