hehe, the title makes me think of an old Phil Harris tune called "The thing" where a man finds a box on the beach and when he opens it, he finds a "thump-thump-thump" (they never say what's in it, just stomp their feet) and he tries to pawn it off, give it away, etc... and just can't get rid of it. anyway, this is cool, you can see the anticipation on her face, but it almost looks like she's ready to run, too. LOL. Nice job

I like this piece, the details like the hair braid ties add a lot to it. I also like the expression of anticipation on her face. She seems like a Pandora-type lady. Be careful of what's in that Box!
