Made with Apophysis 2.05 beta 2 and a modification of Liz's modification of Trystianity's plastic script. (Sorry, I can't remember the name of the woman that modified the script to work with 2.05 beta 2. If you know who it is, please send me a comment or note so I can revise this deviation to credit her.)Full view recommended.

how do you do this ? they are lovely,, the way you make them.. this one has such a wonderful title, it is sort of steeped in meaning ,but I'm not sure what .. it is deep

Well... how I do it is with a modification of the plastic script with a third triangle in there to give it some variety. And then I search... and play... and search. Typically I move the number two triangle around until I find something that looks interesting... and then I play with color. Most of the time I make a new gradient for each fractal. Not because previous ones wouldn't work, I just like making new gradients - is a way of making double sure the fractal is unique.
As far as the title... this came from a poem I wrote. If I can find it I'll post it and let you know I have done so. I don't remember the title right now, I don't even remember if the poem was good or bad (in my opinion). But I remember the words "Time's archaic Lace" so, when I saw the lace in the fractal it made me think of those words from my poem.

JuliaN's mainly, but that's about all I've posted. I have lots that are other things I've done, but I did these before I joined dA and don't think they are worth posting. Literally hundreds of renders! *grin*

It is one that was very gratifying to me - I had gone through a period of not being able to make anything because I was in Lubbock, and this was one that I fell in love with the moment I saw it. Had to play with the colors a bit to get it "just right" but when I got it there... I was fulfilled. It was a nice feeling. *smiles*
