Love it ... except one tiny thing. Just one.
Blood trail on his face almost looks like it was placed there as an afterthought.
Sort of like a red letter "Y" on his face. Viewer's eye is immediately drawn to it. Additionally, it is semi transparent, so it almost appears to be "floating" above the characters face.
I'd suggest that you either eliminate it; darken it so that it is not transparent and thereby has weight to it; or relocate it on his face or substitute a smaller battle wound (cuts / gouges on his cheek perhaps?).
All suggestions I've given are done in good faith and without any negativity whatsoever. Just constructive critique-ing.
