Description This is probably the most difficult picture I have ever drawn. I guess I spent more than 50 hours on it and it needs fine-tuning a bit but I hate to see it now



EDIT: I corrected shading and some lines so they looks sharper now. Finally I consider this drawing to be finished.

Reference photo was taken by me.

Excellent work - steam loco's are very hard to work with - even famous artists like David Shepherd have to WORK....

Thanks a lot. I hope I will get close to David Shepherd's level some day in the (very very far) future After I finish some drawings which are now in the process, I plan to draw steam locomotives again
