this is my entry for Project:Rooftop's redesign Invincible contest.this one was pretty tricky for me. i kept doing designs that were either too close to the original, or just full of my go-to design elements. i just sat down and got this done last night

Nice job, that is one heck of a hard character to redesign. I tried it as well, but i strayed pretty far away from the original and probably lost him abit.

Man, I sure love your designs...I've been watching your drawings for a while now, and I can say that it's astonishing the way you find the right colors and tones to every character. Besides the unique but recognizable costumes. Specially this one and the Avengers and the JL ones you posted in P:R. Congrats on that! Hope to be a great artist like you somewhere in the future!(I wish)
By the way, what program/software do you use to draw/color? 'Cause I'm just now entering this digital world and wanted to make clean drawings, insted of those erased and blurry ones that I do with pencil and paper...so, knoing that I am not in any way near to be a professional artist, like you, what advice could you give me in what means to use to start drawing on the PC?

I was thinking about participating in this as well, but couldn't think of a direction to take it. His costume is already fairly unique and his power set and name don't really lend themselves to any sort of visual theme. I like what you did here, though. It's a nice streamlined version. In particular, the "I" is much more prominent, which I always felt was a bit of a flaw in the original. Embarrassingly, it literally took me years to even notice the I incorporated into the original costume.
