by working on it for about a month haha. but really its just me faking it. each one of these i did, as i did them, i was just shooting blindly.

i can't figure out how you do this digital painting stuff, i mean!! i've tried Painter 8, Photoshop CS2, i just started tinkering around with Sai, but i can't figure out how people get this painterly look. i can never figure out how to get precise with the brushes, they're too round and blotchy or something. i've seen people's random blotches of color [link] that look better than a drawing i do in the same program!!! i really have to sit down and mess around with this stuff after i finish Glory. gotta practice.
