I practice all the time I just don't seem to get any better

I'm not an expert in pixel art (seeing your gallery)
but for digital/traditional drawings .... I can say .... start small
draw simple objects ... take references ... and learn how light reacts on them .... how is shadow .... where it is dark and where it is lighter ...
then slowly move onto drawing live things .... then human ... an beyond
if you are stuck on something specific ... you can ask me in a note ... anytime
