This is one clean digital cut you've made.
I remember seeing this in episode twenty-one of the second season. It's one precious image. Despite Davis snoring, they look cute sleeping next to each other in the van. Seeing them in such proximity imply that they must've become close to the point that they're so comfortable hanging around each other without any awkwardness. This can happen over the course of several months spent together in the Digidestined team.
If you see it that way, it can be taken as a Dakari moment. It's a figment of one's imagination. The idea of them becoming a couple is appealing.
This pairing can grow on you. It has this kind of effect on me as I watched through the episodes from seeing their character development.
