thankyou very much the hair is taking aaages to do
i've always thought that any tutorial i made would be as follows:
draw what you see.
(and thats it)
i think that you can't really "teach" art and especially this kind of drawing, it's a personal process and any help i give would only be my personal process - which might not be "right" for anyone else of course you can always share techniques and stuff like that - is that what you mean by tutorial?
anyway, thats a major compliment! thankyou very much for the suggestion

YES - techniques and what materials (pencils, erasers, blenders, paper, etc.) you typically favor when drawing I totally agree about the personal process - I've tried imitating some of my favorite pencil artists here on DA but inevitably find the results are what I see through the looking glass

ahh i see now like a personal guide to what i do when drawing and stuff? yeah thats a cool idea you're the first person to request that sort of thing so i'll have to see if more people would want a tutorial type thing before actually doing one im sure it would be a lot of fun though
i know what you mean about other artist's styles - whenever i try to emulate another style it always ends up going horribly wrong just gotta do whats right for you

excellent! you don't have to do a full step-by-step tutorial if time does not permit - I would be happy just to see a WIP photo with the materials you typically use for drawing but I certainly would not object to a in-depth tutorial

haha pet away! yeah at the mo it looks really soft.. but i'll throw some coarse strands at it and make it look more "wirey"... at least, i hope i will it might just stay "pettable"

thankyou very much yes i was planning to go a bit darker at the top right corner, but not completely black (it hurts my hand! haha) what do you think? i reckon i want that light bit further back in the composition but not too dark so as to overpower the whole drawing - if that makes sense

I don't want to elfleuence your discision about it. I am sure you will do what is best as you are already doing an amazing job here. I will comment on the final peice as it is difficult to know what the artist is lanning until the drawing is completely finished.
