FFF, so it's been ten years since the cancellation, but I'm still holding my breath over it. And you know what? It came close this year. [link]It might get closlier from here! They even got new promo pics and re-opened the Invader ZIM nick site. Go watch it. Do it.

Well anyway, felt like drawing Dib after watching my zim DVDs this morning. And like, almost cried after reading Jhonen's post about the show almost coming back. ooooohmygod.

As much as I would love more invader Zim, I don't think I want it to return. If it did, I think it would probably be ruined, I'm sad to say, and that would be just so very tragic. Not worth it, you know? It's not the same, but at least the fandom still lives on

Oh... added to favs! I would be happy they bring back the show but I fear they change the voices (like Fairy Oddparents or DragonBall Z Kai) or the episodes wont be so good as before... aagh! What do you think will happen? Anyway... I want to see Invader Zim at a normal hour- not at 1.30 am Saturdays and Sundays XD

If you watch some clips of InvaderCON last year, you'll catch the original voice actors mention the show was almost revived and they were all cast again. They're all very enthusiastic about the show, so I wouldn't be worried about voice change. Also, the creator has done all he can to protect the integrity of the show. I'm sure as long as he's got a big role in the series, it's in good hands :D

I would stop watching Nickelodeon, but I cant, they're like a lech, you can't remove it without surgery! That's right Nick, your gonna be surgically removed until the retur of ZIM, and Making Fiends! Bring it back NICK BRING IT BACK, I want the show back, so I can see all of the things that should have happened but never got to!

Well Nickelodeon liked the show, they just kinda had financial problems. With the new generation of fans popping up after that marathon in the Spring, I'm sure they can see it's worthy of a return, considering they even contacted Vasquez about it. I'm still hopeful after nearly 10 years it'll be revived though. There's no way they can resist cashing in on it.
