Wow, such a lot of looong blue hair. *being envious* Also his clothes fit his hair (or vice versa). Elven ears added for cuteness. Of course everything is better with elven ears. 
But he looks somewhat melancholic. Or is he just very focused on dancing?
Just his collar, well, very long. Looks nearly uncomfortable, reminding me of these giraffe women. But maybe my eyes just fool me.
