This is beautiful work! I like the distinction between the two characters: the woman is so colorful and has such fluid lines while the male character has much darker colors and more unusual features, especially his hands. It's a very interesting and intriguing composition. Both of your pieces are great submissions for this contest!

I'm moved by this. The female represents the vivid colors of nature and of life, while the male drow is the black and gray darkness of his homeland. Two sides of the same coin, one not living without the other, each beautiful and terrifying in its own way.
