You have yours body and a mirror. You may say: "hey, i'm a girl and i haven't body of hot male!" But i have not too, i'm a chabby girl. Still mirror is my best reference. Or you may use stock-photo of other people, you may find it here on DA. But taking poses from others artists pics is bad idea.
