Description
This is something I've been working on, a bit at a time, for the past few weeks. Modelling each object in 3D proved to be a huge task and took a lot longer than I originally thought but the feeling of completing it was awesomeRead more here on my blog (inc. some close-up details).

This is great! I will be giving my students the link to this page to help them understand the relationship between the names of the elements and what they actually are.

This is great! I would love to print this out hi-res. Is this something you might post hi-res at some point or are you selling it anywhere?

Great work. Please also add some icons for lanthanides such as LCD, magnets for wind-turbines, hard disks, catalytic converters, mobile phones, Light-emitting diodes etc

u guys seriously need to use water marks u'r art is all over "facebook" posted without mentioning the artist name or any kind of credits to deviantART or the artist & what i hate the most is they added up some stupid form of their own stories to the art description

Adore the concept and execution, but may I ask are the images for Zirconium(Zr) and Yttrium(Y) switched? I ask only because Zr is much more famous for being fake diamonds than Y ;3
As a (fellow) science geek, I thoroughly appreciate this graphic as a teaching aide and just a wonderful representation of what we actually do with the science we learn. I hope that this will make people remember they use these things everyday~ ^w^
