Description
This is something I've been working on, a bit at a time, for the past few weeks. Modelling each object in 3D proved to be a huge task and took a lot longer than I originally thought but the feeling of completing it was awesomeRead more here on my blog (inc. some close-up details).

Love the retro feel of the elemental symbols.

Very cool (I'm a chemist ). I love the subtle references, like a plant for magnesium and osmium tetroxide for osmium.
If this is an ongoing project, you should put a smoke detector for Americium.

It's so great!!! I will put it on my wall so it will help me to learn the elements for chemistry.

Very clever! I enjoyed going through all the elements and seeing what you put for them. Nice work, very quirky too.

If only you made this when I was doing Science lol. Still, it's awesome, I'm gonna show it to my friends to help them remember the elements

I think it should be in all high schools (and higher, why not?) of the world.
great idea

Greetings:
I never thoughtsomeone could make art after the periodic table, even less something this fun and with such quality. Just one question, am I too nerdy to actually get what the symbosl mean?
Cheers

well done, colorful, with examples , but...
useless
im pretty sure the only information with a use would be that the colours you used were to separate the groups
and im prettty sure too that only 1% of the people who saw this noticed
i suggest you should to add the atomic mass information about the elements
as well as adding the other possible elements from
112 to 118, with the exception of 113

Well my primary intention was not to make it a fully functional reference - I simply wanted to have fun and turn something quite mundane into something a bit more pleasing to the eye.

Wow, that's a real way of doing chemistry education.
You might have not made it with such a purpose in mind, but it _would_ be incredibly useful in helping children and teens become interested in or learn about chemistry.
Great work on its own merit, as well!
