Greetings from Project Comment.
I like the concept and the technique you used. The buildings all have a similar shape and similarly represented windows and doors. They're all of a similar width, though different heights and a variation in colors. It reminds me of board games and cartoons from the 70's: fun and light-hearted; a sort of simplified and impressionistic approach to art.
I have only two recommendations. First, I'd have preferred to see a scan, rather than a photo; but that's more a critique of it's presentation than of the piece itself. Second, I can see you've included the tag "maze". It sort of resembles one, but doesn't satisfy me as being one. For starters, there are three outlets, not two. Then, if you just hug the perimeter, you go directly to the other outlets without having to wend your way through the city at all. So, I guess my suggestion would be to make it a bit more complicated.
Oh, I also like that the buildings are oriented in all directions. It would have been simple to try to say "up" for the buildings should always be up or left on the canvas. But you send the buildings "up" in all four directions. This makes it even more fun, and more confusing as a maze.

Thank you for your taking time to comment. It's hard for me to do a good scan. I know I should put some effort in this, because all of the photos of my pieces are of bad quality.
As for the "maze" thing, I drew it intentionaly as a simple maze, to make it look like a maze without being so hard to solve (just like what I think a city is).
Thanks for all.

Hello! I’m here on behalf of !
So right off the bat, the piece feels well-balanced. I like the simplicity of the buildings, and I like the contrast in colors/shading. I like that each building is slightly different, so even though they’re simple, there’s always something different to look at. The different orientation of the buildings is very interesting as well. It keeps the image centered, as well.
If I had any critique, it’d be that my eyes do feel kind of lost, and I’m not sure what part of the image I should look at first and where I should go from there. Granted, it’s a maze, so that’s kind of the point, but it does make it harder to focus on any part of the image. Because of the nature of the image, there might not be a whole lot of ways to solve that, so it’s probably just a drawback of drawing a maze.
You could probably also get a higher-quality photo. Parts of the image are grainy, which usually happens when there’s not enough light. Try taking a picture near a window, with the drawing propped up on something so that the entirety of it is well-lit with natural light. That will help with the graininess.
Overall, though, I like this piece! Well done!

This is a second version of this pattern. This time, I have made the building bigger and added some shading in them, to give more contrast.
