May I ask how you made this sharp effect on the girl and animals? Is it with a high pass filter?

Yes, + some settings with the Camera Raw filter on a copy/merged layer (CTRL+SHIFT+ALT+E), at the end of my work. And, I probably used the Shadows/Highlights adjustments at the beginning of my work, to lighten the shadows and darken a bit the hightlights on the models (girl and animals). I may have used this tip Tip 04 - Give a cartoon effect to your picture too, I'm not sure but I use it sometimes; I usually use a lot of light settings until I get the desired effect: it is more efficient than a single heavy one.
