Well decided to draw Caron Raydom. Been a while.I got this pose from a magazine. I need to get inspired for making new poses and I think this will helpe me a little. And I can't see anything wrong with taking other poses if you tell where you taking them and besides... you can't copyright a pose >_>; XD

I agree that you can't copyright a photograph pose- as long as you didn't trace right over the original picture, that should be fine. However, it's never a good idea to use drawn poses of other drawing artists for reference w/out their permission since that's more considered theft than a photograph.
For the most part though, you can't get into trouble copying a pose from a magazine. xD;
