An art trade with SpeedCircuit
of her character Phineas.I made this artwork based on the description I got here is a small info.
"Phineas is very calm, charming, mature, and he is VERY into the paranormal! (Ghosts and such! He is a demonologist!) He has slight powers that root from the marking/rune on his shoulder, his hands and his eyes glow purple when he uses them. He likes to be anywhere creepy you can think of honestly! Things like graveyards in the night or run down buildings that might be haunted"
So on the info I got, I made Phineas sit on a old bench in some old garden or close to a forest area. He decided to play around with his powers for a little bit on that bench and are quite intristed buy it so he dont really notice what is really lurking behind him...

I hope you like the idea I came up with this picture. :3 It was really fun to make and something diffrent from what I normaly do.

That cloaked figure in the back looks terrifying and amazing! I love the mysterious atmosphere and effects added to the entire piece. The mist and glow effects are a really effective in portraying it.

First of all, I LOVE LOVE LOVE the shading! It looks so crisp and clean, and his hair looks so shiny and sleek. You nailed his sassy, confident expression ;_;
The background is so awesome! I love the graveyard vibe, and the sky is just so beautiful! There is nothing I don't just ADORE about this background- he looks so perfect in it. Jeez I am so speechless. The abilities in his hands look so RAD, UGH
Your style is just- mmm, immaculate. I love the way Phineas looks in it, and it's just overall flawless and gorgeous. You even did his body shape absolutely perfect. That is this picture in a nutshell. Perfect.

I Im quite found of the bench myself, I start to enjoy
drawing furnitures much more, its quite fun XD
Yeah XD I wanted something very creepy looking
I normaly draw cute or silly or action but I think I
have never really atend to draw something scary
to say. So I am really happy how it turned out.

Yeah, it also gives your brain 'fresh air'. XD; If you only concentrate on the same thing your brain gets kinda stale and you don't get creative ideas anymore. So it's good to do different things too.
