that is so cute! ..er..um... I mean in a very proffessional, artistic, aesthetic kind of way that is.... eh, who am I kiddin? It's adorable! And on a more artistic note, I really like the rough line work and shading. And all without Photoshop huh? impressive. Mad style.

Thanks! I think I did this in Painter. It's not exactly the easiest program to use. It only works some of the time. I'm kind of amazed I didn't mess this one up like I do with most of my Painter stuff.
