Happy Birthday Neji! Come on, I just had to do something, even if it was just one pic. I was going to submit this earlier but... I didn't feel like it. At least it's still his birthday! (At least, it is in my timezone)Neji appears to not like the cake I shoved in his mouth. And yes, it HAD to be a girly cake. It increases the 'WTF factor'. No, I don't want to do a background for it. I hate backgrounds...
[EDIT] Now that I look at it, the cake looks like a bunch of poptarts. I can't draw cake....
