So i looked at your art and youΒ have really cool ideas. Maybe it is not satisfying for youΒ to see the results after you worked them out but I got the same problems. When I see some old pictures of mine it's really awkward for me to look at them because I can see how bad they are xD but if you work on your drawing skills you will get better step by step. I don't know if you do short dummy-sketches (the things where you draw the circles and the body like a stick-man xD) but if you don't so that try it ^^ i do them everytime and they helpnyou getting better proportions. Also don't be afraid of tryong new things like different techniques. By doing that you will improve yourself automatically.
Just one thing to say: I teached drawing to myself. Using books about manga drawing will help but in the end it will depend on how much you practise and tryong as much as you can ^^ Don't be upset if it doesn't look good. I got so many bad pictures that where really demotivating for me xD. I twill take time but it will be worth it :]
You have a good base for drawing. It would be a shame if you stop drawing ^^
