It was the first tranquil day since they'd permanently moved into their new team base. The past few nights had been rough because of the storm. The floors of the bluff were soggy and their beds needed to be remade, but Riolu was happy that the bad weather had gone.

He didn't hear his partner come back in through the secret entrance behind the bush, but he did hear her drop the treasure bag near the door before rushing to the edge of the room. She let out a small, content cry-- something she hid quickly. Even after all this time, she still had trouble controlling herself in her Pokemon body.

"Did you get everything ready for tomorrow?" Riolu asked, chuckling under his breath. She mumbled something that could have sounded like "yeah, it's over there".

He glanced over his shoulder, seeing the sunset. It wasn't something new--he used to live here before they decided it was their base. But the sight of Sunny being so captivated by the blues and oranges of the sun made Riolu smile.

It was the little things that made being on an exploration team the best.

I know, I know, I've made a picture similar to this one. But I like this one better. Because it looks much cleaner than the one I did in photoshop.
