Another League Skin concept in retaliation to Officer Vi. I doubt my design will happen at this point, but I hope some form of this happens to fit the set!Also I gave Pow-Pow cat ears because... cat burglar.

That's great to hear glad i'm not the only one that thinks top hats are awesome. Sometimes I just wish I had a time machine so i can go back in time to when they were popular, so I can where them without being looked at funny.
