I can't remember why I picked this title. I think it's the first line of Elliot Smith's Basement on the Hill album
Anyway, this photo is from the cruise. This guy and I were mucking around in the arcade with him pointing the plastic guns of the machines at the camera and me taking photos.
This one was my favourite, because it looks kind of real. I made the photo monchrome because the gun was red, I then darkened it so it was harder to see plastic details/cord, then specifically desaturated the reds/magentas in Lightroom to make it look more like it really was a black object.

The contrast in this isn't really high enough IMO. It's quite difficult to even tell what it is at first (at least on my monitor). Also I would have liked to see sharper detail in the "gun", it's a bit blurry in places (which is probably also due to the low lighting levels).
